SAFE INSTALLATION
Trained Technicians for Installing Safes

Safe Installation
Despite what you see in the movies, most burglars don’t try to break into safes on-location. Usually, the burglar will do everything they can to move the safe off-site before starting to crack it open. That’s why having a secure and properly installed safe is vital to protecting your belongings, especially if your safe is light enough to be moved relatively easily. One of the most common ways to securely install your safe is to use bolt-down techniques to connect the safe to the floor solidly.

Bolt Down Safes
We strongly recommend a bolt-down installation, for all safes that we install, regardless of size or weight. If a burglar can’t take your safe with them, they face severe time constraints, when trying to break in, making it more likely to get caught.
The second reason for bolting down a safe is for personal safety purposes. Safes are top-heavy, and tend to weigh hundreds of pounds. Bolting a safe down ensures that it will never tip over when opened, which can prevent potentially fatal injuries.
For individuals with mobility issues, or people who use their safe frequently, bending down to access their safe can be irritating and unnecessary. In cases like this, we would either recommend installing a wall-mounted safe, or an in-floor safe. We can also build a small concrete platform to bolt the safe onto, so that you don’t have to bend down to reach it.
