2. Our Services

AC Lock and Key Corp. DBA Elite Safe and Vault, operating as Elite Safe and Vault, provides safe and vault sales, installation, servicing, repair, moving, opening and related security services in the South Florida area. Any quotes, recommendations and descriptions of work are provided for your consideration and are subject to a final agreement between you and the Company for the specific work to be performed.

3. Estimates, Scheduling & Payment

Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted if conditions differ once work begins. Scheduling is subject to availability. Payment terms for any work will be agreed in writing before the work is performed.

4. Warranty

Every safe we sell is covered by a one-year parts and labor warranty from the date of sale, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification or forced entry. Warranty terms for other products and services will be described at the time of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, design and materials on this website are the property of AC Lock and Key Corp. DBA Elite Safe and Vault and/or its licensors, and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AC Lock and Key Corp. DBA Elite Safe and Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of this website.
